More Photos from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Property plans for the financier's private tropical island included in the released materials.

Also featured in this recent image release is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and features a legend detailing distinct parts of the land.

Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, including designs for marina coverings.

Additional documentation made public as part of the current congressional release.
